The steel pipe plant，one of the main plants in LingYuan iron and steel Co.,Ltd. (Ling Gang steel pipe plant)was established in 1980 , covering 40 thousand square metersand designed for an annual output of 200 thousand tons. The annual sales income of the plant achieves RMB 400 million .The plant currently has 325 employees including 33 professional technical personnel.
The production equipments have five production lines. Φ50 welded stell pipe mill、Φ114 welded stell pipe mill、Φ219 welded stell pipe mill、Φ76 welded stell pipe mill and Hot-stretch-reducing mill ,Ling Gang steel pipe plant has various products with high technique of producing process .there are three products series:Φ17.2mm～Φ225mm welded steel pipe、Φ25mm～Φ219mm fluid pipe（Note: hot-stretch-reducing steel pipe）oil pipeline and oil casing pipe.The product is mainly used for oil or gas transfer pipe;pipe for oil well bushing pipe for medium or low pressure water,gas,oil;pipe used in the structure of low pressure boiler、engine boiler heat exchanger and condenser ;pipe for construction、iron tower、frame structure、tubular pipe、stanchion and other structures.
"Hualing" welded stell pipe made in linggang gets award of “Liaoning famous brand “product in the year of 2002.the product has the advantages on smooth-surface 、high-precision size、flat surface、stable physical and chemical property、firm weld and good pressure resistance .Linggang is the company who drafts the standard GB/T 13793.The company is one of the first batch of steel enterprises who received the certification of ISO9002; and it is one of the first batch of steel enterprises who received the certification of ISO9001:2000 in the year of 2001. In 2008,the company received the certification of API issued by American Petrol Institude and hasthe monogram use rights of 5CT 、5L .In the beginning of 2008, the company received A1 grade certification of National Manufacture Permission on Component in Pressure Pipeline.
